Return & Refunds

At Kim’s Candle Co., we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@kimscandlecompany.com within five days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the product, and we will be happy to send a replacement or offer a full refund, including shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within five to seven business days. Please note that certain items, such as sale or clearance products, may be considered final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged.
